Thanks @queen4hart, excellent topic for a discussion. I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @sharka and others. While I haven't tried carnivore only diet to help with my neuropathy symptoms, I have done low carb eating for the past year or so and do believe it has helped some. I'm not sure there has been a lot of studies done on the topic but I think the key may be a low inflammation diet. You will notice that we added to your title to better describe your discussion. Have you considered using the diet while eliminating types of plant based foods to see if there are specific plants that trigger your symptoms?

Keto and low carb have helped me feel better. I still eat
some low carb veg and berries, so not carnivore.
