The THERAnaturals comes in a capsule which I open it up, place under my tongue and leave it there until it stops foaming. After, I take a sip of water and wash it down. I also nebbed it. When I used it regularly I thought it was helpful but not magic. The gunk needs to come out one way or another to maintain as much health as possible. For now, the routine of NAC/mucinex, albuterol, 7% saline with clearance via AD app is the best I've found to date. It's all very individual.

When you take the NAC/Mucinex do you take at the same time and how long before airway clearance? I sometimes find that taking something does not work till the next day! Do you get any side effects from taking both daily? I am never able to take things every day or they back fire on me so to speak. They will either stop helping or I will get side effects. In my case I also find that unusual things help the mucus to come up more thoroughly such as Zinc (liquid tincture drops). Zinc also seems to pull me out of exacerbations but I cannot take it too often.
