Yes TheraNaturals is the best one and what I use. I believe it is quite sterile. I have some other kind of glutathione for sublingual use but only tried it once. Do you find it helpful?

The THERAnaturals comes in a capsule which I open it up, place under my tongue and leave it there until it stops foaming. After, I take a sip of water and wash it down. I also nebbed it. When I used it regularly I thought it was helpful but not magic. The gunk needs to come out one way or another to maintain as much health as possible. For now, the routine of NAC/mucinex, albuterol, 7% saline with clearance via AD app is the best I've found to date. It's all very individual.
