It is 13 months after my TKR and I still have numbness and tingling in my feet. But, I have been taking Valerian Plant (a supplement) and I believe that has helped lessen the numbness. You can buy it OTC at the grocery store or online. I take two 500 mg caplets every night.

What do you think is causing your numbness and tingling?
I have that also plus intense pain when walking, but mostly numbness during the night.
Do you think it will just take time to recover?
