What is a spacer? I've never heard of it and the doctors didn't mention it. If it helps with hoarseness that would be great! Today, the cancer doctor said my husband could stop his Flovent which he really doesn't need. The primary care doctor stopped the Metformin also. So, maybe that will work. But if not, he could try the spacer.
