Put it on the list of everything else that is wrong with the healthcare system. Cleveland Clinic is also charging. The answer is to simply call the office and talk to the PA. The cost of office visits, meds, and procedures is really enough to cover messaging. I understand it’s a complex situation but the truth is that the financial burden to many saps them of the strength they need to deal with their ailments….Sad situation anyway you look at it.
