Have you had your thyroid checked recently? Low thyroid can cause fatigue and numbness and tingling in your hands. I had those symptoms and thought I had carpel tunnel in both hands, but blood tests showed I had low thyroid. A few weeks after starting thyroid supplements, those symptoms went away.

Thank you for your description of success with thyroid supplements. My thyroid just tested low for the first time ever. My Endocrinologist ordered a retest in two weeks to confirm. If still low I’ll begin medication. Hope this helps with my fatigue (Post-Exertional Malaise).
