Agreed, the cognitive issues are by far the most debilitating and I know this to be common. I was just wondering how many also experience this numbness that wakes me from my sleep.

I too get painful numbness and tingling as trying to fall asleep and wakes me from sleep. I wear wrist braces as I was told I probably sleep with my wrists bent. But, notice it with my arms straight at my side while trying to sleep and even while awake.

My pinky fingers numb up during the night & it wakes me up. I got COVID in September 2022 & it was mild. Then all the horrible long haul symptoms appeared & still continue. Although a few have diminished. My insomnia( since this began), dizziness, nausea, headaches & sweating are the symptoms I deal with on a day to day basis now for the past 11 months. Hoping this nightmare will end soon.
