I got Covid in October 2022 I’m 75 now and also wake up with numbness in usually right arm or hand. It’s the foggy feeling I get that bothers me most. I have to consistently push through the day to get anything done. I’m a Real estate broker and usually have great energy but now often have tough days. I’m always told I look young but I don’t feel it lately.

Agreed, the cognitive issues are by far the most debilitating and I know this to be common. I was just wondering how many also experience this numbness that wakes me from my sleep.

Have you had your thyroid checked recently? Low thyroid can cause fatigue and numbness and tingling in your hands. I had those symptoms and thought I had carpel tunnel in both hands, but blood tests showed I had low thyroid. A few weeks after starting thyroid supplements, those symptoms went away.
