I wish I could relate. But this is not a condition I have ever had. Perhaps go to a center of excellence, or a major teaching hospital where they will do team evaluation
Losing this much weight is definitely not normal. It is also one of the symptoms of pancreatic cancer but this may be ruled out if you have had CT scans and MRIs
