When listening to the video, I made some notes along the way, and wrote down the 4 things that you sent, but great to have them in one place with the information you sent. I will read more on this type of rehab; have one more question…actually two, are you there all day (🤞) and do they provide transportation to and from a hotel that would be close to Mayo?
I am hoping that my nerve ablation last week, and prolotherapy (if needed) will give me some relief. But if not, I want to be mentally prepared for another step.

You're welcome. Yes, you are in class for 15 straight weekdays from about 7:30-4. The program is on a sliding schedule. The hotel I stayed at in Florida was directly across the street from Mayo and they provided shuttles to and from. Best of luck with your pending procedure. Will this be your first nerve ablation?
