in reply to @thisismarilynb My apologies for creating the concern that you described. I can assure you that I would never post anything without ensuring that the link(s) I provide are to reputable websites. I too am very cautious, especially more recently with all the news about AI, fraud against seniors and things of that nature. As a sidebar, I just read another article from The Cleveland Clinic, which I also subscribe to and had planned to post it today because I thought others might find some helpful information about self compassion, something I know I struggle with. Here is the site location to the article if you are interested. The Cleveland Clinic is a very trusted site

I, too, read articles from Cleveland Clinic because I trust them. Thank you for clarifying the preceding post regarding the magazine. I also trust the Mayo Clinic. Most of the "doctoring" I do on myself are from these two clinics. Where I live we have Loma Linda Clinic. They are rated highly but I find it not to be true. I have been through many primary care doctors. Either they leave or I leave. They do have excellent specialists though. I had to have a full hip replacement and I wanted a particular surgeon because I heard he was the best. I had to wait several months but he was the best. Now I walk without pain and only a very small scar which you can scarcely see.

Thank you for that link, I subscribed right away. Also a fan of Cleveland Clinic, who helped me defeat vertigo years ago.
