I feel deep empathy for you....unfortunately many of us suffering unbearable pain are at the mercy of these practitioners fixated on these tenets that we can just breathe our way through it, talk our way out of it, restore ourselves with our will and it breaks my heart to hear yet another is falling through. Pain and suffering doesn’t have to exist. Unfortunately, we are being subjected to pain and SUFFERING the consequences of a single-minded approach. This is not on you!!
