Hi @manojuan619, While you wait for members with experience to respond I thought I would share these related articles with you that I think support that xiphoid pain can be GERD related.

"Because of the location of the xiphoid process, oftentimes, xyphodynia can send practitioners pursuing alternate diagnoses such as GERD, helicobacter pylori-related ulcers, or other potential causes that are abdominal in nature."

@johnbishop. Thank you for that info!

@johnbishop I suffered for xiphoid pain for 2 years 24/7 and no doctor was able to diagnose until I went to my primary Dr. confirmed. After 2 years of research, I found doctor who treats. Cardiologist thoracic specialist at Cleveland clinic. He is brilliant. I had my xiphoid removed a week ago and already feeling better
