Thank you, My pulmonologist is very pleased and wonders why others fail to follow through on his recommendations. I take 3ml twice a day of both budesenide and brovana, plus nebulized albuterol. I don't know to what percentage that corresponds. The postural drainage is on my right side and drains my left lung. If I'm full of mucous, I use both sides. I don't always get mucous to come out. So far, once a day works, but if I get an infection, extra albuterol and twice a day drainage gets me through it. I use my time to listen to books on tape while draining and coughing and doing genealogy research on line while nebulizing. Your position will depend on which lung has the mucous. There are pictures on You Tube. Good luck.

Thank you so much. I assume Budesenide and Brovana are for asthma. I don't have asthma but I have bronchiectasis with chronic infection (B. cepecia bacteria). I assume you don't nebulize saline, that's why I asked what %. I produce mucus every day and nebulizing saline makes my lungs and throat very dry. When you do drainage, do you use a pillow to make sure your lungs are lower than you belly?
