Reclast jaw pain

@trishw99, @haroula, and all...I had my first of 3 annual Reclast infusions in early July 2023. I had a very serious week of reaction to the infusion, nothing allergic, but severe full-body pain and such. Since, I've had no other symptoms of anything unusual. The Endocrinologist told me it is common to have teeth, gums, and jaw issues so it is important to keep my tooth and mouth care at the best level possible. Also, do not have any invasive tooth, mouth, or jaw treatments or surgery until after the 3-year Reclast infusions.

I'm glad you seem to have missed the bullet, but we do need to stay on top of this reaction and our mouth care.

Blessings, Elizabeth

This is long after your posting but if you see this do you know how long to wait after Reclast to have a tooth extraction? I have a failed root canal and it needs to come out. I had one Reclast infusion 24 months ago. Terrified of jaw issues!
