I have been free of MAC for 10 years, due to daily nebulizing and postural drainage. I continue to manage asthma and bronchiectasis. When I started to lose weight, I was happy since I'm overweight, but it went too fast. I tried pancreatic enzymes and stopped losing. I take a supplement with every meal.
This may not help anyone else, but it won't hurt. My Gastro doc says keep doing what works. Same with the pulmonologist. Now I have to use intermittent fasting and Keto diet to lose any weight at all.
