Toes and foot neuropathy

Posted by Marilyn McFarland @1942marilyne, Jul 4, 2023

I just went to podiatrist yesterday and found out my foot neuropathy was related to my back and spine problems. I was clear on no diabetes and no peripheral artery disease. So glad to know a reason and need to now explore next steps.

Just curious as to how your podiatrist determined this. What tests did he perform?

I find that exercising my feet 40 to 50 reps makes neuropathy pain go away immediately. Bobbie

Ok Chatty, let me know what that secret is?? What kind of exercises have you found that helps? I have had this PN pain diagnosed in 2016. The pain has gone up my legs, but I am still able to walk quite well, considering. I would love to know what really helps. Yes, we are all different, what works for one does not necessarily work for the guy down the street, but, hey we try whatever we can!! Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks!1

My legs are the problem...shooting pain(s) at night. Are you water waking for your feet or your legs? I would love to know as we have a pool and that works for legs as well I will get in today as it is going to another hot one here in Florida. Many thanks, Marilyn. "J"
