I saw a post about doing a survey regarding Mayo Clinic Connect from September 2022. It turned up in my Daily Digest today August 6, 2023. I would do a survey about Mayo Clinic Connect but the survey is now closed. I read through the 11 comments. The last one was on August 5, 2023. Maybe it is time to reopen the survey or do another survey?

Yes I agree. Would like to see the survey open back up again. I too tried to do it but saw listed as closed.

@cehunt57, @jc76, you're quite right. We find the feedback from members of Mayo Clinic Connect to be so valuable, that we made the feedback option permanent

The software you use dismisses the input too soon after the writer starts to write. We are not robots like your software. Your software needs to be made more relaxed. Then, your feedback will become more relaxed & productive. It's frustrating to be cut off shortly after you begin to give feedback.
