If I’m understanding you correctly you do have prostate cancer?? So a rise in the PSA doesn’t necessarily mean you have more cancer. It’s just telling you what you already know. However, you say you had A biopsy ( how many biopsies were taken ??? ) If I remember correctly I had 10 samples taken from my prostate. Biopsies are not all that bad , yea it hurts a little when they hit the prostate itself. No injuries will cause a rise in your PSA level. You are a bit confusing but a 50 PSA needs to be thoroughly checked out !!!

The 1st biopsy was targeted they took 12 samples the second biopsy was 6 months later was a random biopsy with 12 samples
