I’m one month out & I have that clicking. My PT said it’s the knee cap & should go away. You still have yours….hate to hear that!

Every knee is different. I'm almost 7 months post TKR I have never had the clicking noise in my knee cap. I do have some stiffness and swelling. It wouldn't hurt to check with your surgeon.
