I didn't hear Biden's mention. He certainly did not do the research, but I know that it was funded by the Cancer Moonshot program.

Its like anything else. wait and see. Difference with this is it didnt come from the private sector, it was handed to COH by the government to study. The concept and efficacy was already thoroughly thought out beforehand. Annafund pushed it through.
