Yes, profuse night sweats, changing pjs (more than once per night) and sheets in the middle of the night but freezing cold at the same time. Vaccinated 1/21 and 2/21. I would never get another vaccine. Good for some but not others.

Because of the constant chills (all summer),I have not tried the cold plunge but I do take as cool of a shower as I can tolerate and try to end it with a minute or two of colder water. I’m trying to build my way up to colder. Maybe you could start there? They do say this is very beneficial to your health. I have not found anything yet to combat the debilitating fatigue. And Thank you Car0 I will check out the thread on sweating as well!
So glad I found you guys ❤️

Lindy,

I believe I have already responded to you in another post here but just in case, for anyone else reading as well, B-3 niacinamide (non-flushing form only) WILL help with the debilitating fatigue. It's because niacinamide is the pre-cursor for the body to make NAD on it's own again. NAD is so crucial because it is needed for all bodily function. Some people only needed the B-3 to feel well again -- those cases seem fairly mild. But it does work. I was taking 2000mg per day, when at my absolute worst. I still take 500mg-1000mg every so often, just to keep it in my system.

Taurine will help for nervous system health/regulation as well. You may be at too early a stage for cold plunges, but chiropractic and cranial sacral therapy may be of great use. I just happened to get in a car accident, when I was also suffering with long haul, and I think the chiropractic care DID work for both. Sometimes I wonder if that was the actual reason for the accident (when I was praying for answers).

Covid does something to the body at the cellular level -- it is really terrible (as we all know) because clearly it stops many typical functions from happening, which then creates a horrible cascade effect into many systems. That's why I have always looked for the baseline/root deficiencies first.

it is because the autonome nerve system is not working anymore. its the covid vaccination. in my case it built a polyneuropathie.
7/24 pain and no taste with food. its hell. doctors dont give me opiate.
