I don't think there is 100 percent anxiety relief ever!
You can channel your anxious thoughts into productive behaviors.
Exercise works for me. Water aerobics, walking, and strength training help me.
Plus. I sleep better at night.

Yes! You are right! I will start exercising again. I had stopped a month ago and started feeling worse. I know that it helps. I just need to make myself start again today!
