I woke up this morning with tingling heat in my body from anxiety. I started my morning by listening to a daily bible reading. I am feeling more calm now. Praise be to God for his healing word!

I don't think there is 100 percent anxiety relief ever!
You can channel your anxious thoughts into productive behaviors.
Exercise works for me. Water aerobics, walking, and strength training help me.
Plus. I sleep better at night.
