That's so awesome! You are really going to start seeing progress in so many areas. I had my surgery on a Monday and started outpatient surgery that Friday. I will say the car ride wasn't the most comfortable (I had 45 minutes one way) but the difference that it made was great. They have so many more machines and things that aid in your progress.
