I just spent about an hour on the phone with USF Health with no results.
The website for USF Osteoporosis program mentions the REMS technology, but when I spoke to the scheduler for that department, I was told that they do not have such a machine. The scheduler placed me on hold to check with radiology and was told they do not have the machine. Very curious and disappointing.
I do not drive long distances from Orlando (but could take a train to Tampa). Vero Beach is way too far for me to drive. Thanks for the information however.
Unfortunately, I was unable to post a link to the USF Osteoporosis program. FYI key words Diabetes and Endochronolgy; Calcium and Bone Disorders.
