Hey, there! I’m sending you healing ❤️‍🩹 energy…have you tried things like GI revive, there are powder that heal the lining of the stomach. Also, get BPC-157….it heals everything…it’s pretty amazing. Also, probiotics, Manuka honey, bee propolis all can help. Check out Reddit…many people on there post what they eat to heal their gastritis. I have a prescription for a PPI sitting on my dining room table, but I’m sooo afraid to take it. Tums helps too! I’m going for an endoscopy soon, I really think my root cause is lipomas growing in my stomach. I’m going and praying 🙏 they can be removed. What’s weird for me is I don’t get hungry and things don’t move easily…I’m going to take Senna tea tonight, it’s like a laxative.
