.... thanks, will read. I have to be careful with aspirin (is asprin a typo, may not be good when searching?) but with bladder issues may have caused some bleeding/blood in urine in past ... would be great tho if this does prevent bowel issues

Hi, my apologies, Aspirin is the correct spelling .
Aspirin may not be suitable for everyone and should be discussed with your health practitioner, however I found the research very interesting and wondered whether other people had experience with the Research which is documented as 2020 in Australia.
