All good comments and several I'll check out.
I'm 18 months post RARP and on Lupron that gives me some hefty hot flashes. My family doc first ok'ed paroxetine (it has similar effects as Zoloft so can't take both at same time).
And my oncologist was ok as well.
It doesn't stop the hot flashes but it does for me reduce the frequency and kind of tones down the events that do happen.
Might be another med for you but consider it.
BTW, my PSA has been running negligible so I'm on schedule to suspend the Lupron in about 6-months. Yeah!
