Hi @summerof42. Havnt been up to doing this and today hoping this finds you may have a little light at end of tunnel you’ve found thru alternative sources by you? I know each of us is so different with our bodies reactions and hopeful ok for me to share my simple things I think are helping. I have groceries bought for me and maybe they can deliver to you as even minimal shopping can decimate our efforts couple of days later☹️ Think protein and iron every couple of hours allows to stable levels affecting so much in us. So I buy precooked frozen turkey sausage, low sugar greek yogurt that tastes good! giant container fresh baby spinach (easy to grab handful), kombucha/ and or apple cider vinegar with the mother (digestive balance) that I add few ounces to hot green tea throughout day for stabilizing blood pressure/hydration . I set alarms for every couple of hours and I also eat some each time I go to bathroom/phone/fill out something. Basically eating before doing anything and not using up our bodies precious energy and resources. Another easy open frig item is the small high protein shake boxes that most have wonderful added nutrients if your stomach too sensitive for digesting food. I am happy to offer my help thru conference calls or other means you need if Im able. Small things each day can grow into real improvement so please allow us to continue to support you to find assistance there🌈

Unfortunately, no luck in finding a doctor or support. I saw a new PCP and she knew absolutely nothing about LT Covid and how to help me. Referred to me GI, but I've been down that road numerous times and unless you are working with a GI Doc that knows about Covid and how it wreaks havoc on our gut, they will order the basic endoscopy, colonoscopy, HIDA scan which I all had done. I wish I could find a good Integrative/Holistic MD, or someone who knows about LT Covid as I wither away.

In regards to food, I already have it delivered as well as an Rx's. I drink two organic protein drinks per day along with eating every hour.

I spoke with another member, and she said she is dealing with almost same issues with weight loss and found a GI Doc familiar with LT Covid and diagnosed her as having basically paralysis of the esophagus and gut; hence not taking in any nutrients. Doc told her Covid really starts a an inflammation nightmare everywhere in our body, stemming from the microbiome changes in our gut, leading to lung issues, organs, etc. So it's not that it's a lunch issue as previously thought, it's what the inflammation does to the brain (brain fog) and our other organs. Makes total sense.

I just saw a youtube Doc, Dr Levine (sp) who figured LT Covid cause and treatment out and Dr. Hyman. I say he spot on! I wish I could see him instead of wasting all my time and money at Mayo.

Another member told me to make sure to eat a low histamine diet, take the following which helped him immensely. Your thoughts? Have you tried this?
1. drinking Liquid IV in your water (but water it down A LOT like in a 64oz container- one packet for the whole day - sip it all day long). Along with your electrolytes
2. B-3 niacinamide, non-flushing form. 500mg x 4 per day. Yes, 2,000mg DAILY. This will allow your body to produce more NAD again. NAD is absolutely needed for ALL cellular function and body system function. Between those two things, for one week, I think you will see some difference. And if you can eat, this should help you absorb the nutrients that you need.
3. magnesium and potassium for heart palpitations).
4.For the anxiety/overwhelm, possible depression take TAURINE, 500mg dose x 2-3 per day.
