I have similar symptoms. I have stenosis but they say tht a laminectomy won't help the neuropathy. I have been taking gabapentin and I added a small dose of thc at night. My neurologist wanted me to switch to Lyrica but Im afraid after reading the side effects. I also have some tingling in my hands...the neuropathy is in both feet but worse on the right. I do get a little relief from the drugs but it's always there. Any suggestions? I have tried pt and the needles nd cupping. They really didn't help. I do some exercise but I could do more. I do some weights and balance exercises, a little taichi and yoga. I should add more.
If your was due to medication, why stopping that medication has not helped you get better?
Mine is due to covid vaccine. I was doing better on steroids, then better on LDN, and then LDN stopped working and now new symptoms and pain started and not going away.
