I have found that [properly engineered] near infrared light therapy followed by whole hemp CBD (Cannabidiols) and T.E.N.S. are most effective over my decade of PPN suffering.
See nick@mychondria.com for good information, but I have found a mixture of 650 nanometer and 830 nanometer LEDs at 130 milliWatts/cm2 works best for me in twice daily 10 minute sessions.
Yes, there is a lot of useless junk out there. For CDB cream that (best) emulates Moses's Holy Anointing Oil see https://hemppaste.com/product-category/hemp-cream/
A little smear of this and screaming toes and arthritic joints (for me) quiet right down!
Would be useful to know which device you are using. No doubt many under powered scam devices out there.
