I've been doing red/infra redlight therapy 15 minutes a day for the past four weeks. So far, I haven't seen any positive effects.

Would be useful to know which device you are using. No doubt many under powered scam devices out there.

I have found that [properly engineered] near infrared light therapy followed by whole hemp CBD (Cannabidiols) and T.E.N.S. are most effective over my decade of PPN suffering.
See nick@mychondria.com for good information, but I have found a mixture of 650 nanometer and 830 nanometer LEDs at 130 milliWatts/cm2 works best for me in twice daily 10 minute sessions.
