Thank you. I have never taken the K vitamin before, am doing so now. Will look for the stronger form.
Your recommendations are so manageable! House bound work outs are ones I can do. Plus, the health club is just a few streets away so I go there several times a week for the water based exercises and the hot tub.
In past efforts, I do remember, as you point out, that even the smallest weights are well noticed by my body!!
