I just bought and took one capsule of K2--they didn't have the ultra K you mentioned. Is that the same thing, only less?

Yes, it is the same but much less. The Ultra k2 has 15,000 mcg. Amazon carries the Ultra K2 if Klaire Labs is out of stock.
