So sorry you/we are having all these digestive issues! Always wonder how it got that way…
Anyway, this is a tasty protein powder, can buy on at Vitamin Shop or online, have not tried the vanilla as the chocolate is yummy with banana, etc. very filling. I don’t know if low fodmap, and it has low amount of gum, but organic and not ridiculously expensive. Good luck!!!

That looks good! I am also partial to chocolate protein powder with banana; I’m glad the chocolate doesn’t give me trouble.

It does look low FODMAP or at least GI friendly from the ingredients.

I did not know there were so many protein powders out there in the world lol

Me either, and I hate the after taste that most have. This one is pretty good!

I really like Vega Protein Made Simple powder - it is vegan and doesn't bother my tummy at all. I don't like it with water so I mix with almond milk. Can also add fruit or whatever and it is very fine so I can even put it in overnight oats. The taste is mild compared to some powders. Whey protein powders do not make me feel good at all and you gotta check labels on alot of the powders cause they contain gums, stablizers etc which can also upset your gut.

Seems their are so many new vegan powders, I check all the time but I need protein and calories for keeping cancer at bay. I use soy -lactose free formula shakes called Jevity 1.5 :355 calories, 15 plus grams of protein per 8 oz. container and it's complete nutrition. Might want to look it up, it works well and is soft on the stomach. Been using it for many months with no issues

There is also a shake called Pure Protein which has 30 grams of protein per 2 dollar bottle

For my protein powder, I really like Designs for Health Paleo Cleanse Plus in strawberry vanilla and chocolate. It is somewhat expensive, but very delicious and nutritious. To make my smoothies, I use unsweetened coconut milk (Califia Farms) because it is supposted to be less inflammatory. Using my Ninja Bullet, I just mix 12 oz milk, 1 scoop protein powder, and 10 ice cubes.

Correct, and you can buy a similar product at Costco, Fairlife I think, for even less - but in bulk, like 24/case.

My insurance fortunately covers my formula at 150 containers a month plus syringes. These protein shakes, milks get expensive and I have no plan to die 95 pounds and starved to death. Even 5 Jevity a day only would keep me at 105,a lot more is needed for proper weight to live with/battle cancer. I'm always looking at big lots, Walmart and such.

For a while, I have been drinking JJ Virgin re: wellness Plant Based All- In- One Shake chocolate protein powder. I blend it in the blender with ice, a little raw sugar and almond milk. I think it tastes great.
I also just ordered a couple of protein powder shakes from Orgain. Flavors are: Cookies and Cream and the other is Vanilla Horchata. Not sure how these 2 will taste though. Hope this helps.

Pure Protein and Orgain is garbage please don’t use! Please go to your phone app and download Bobby Approved he tells you what products are bad for you and your gut. I use all the time when grocery shopping. Anything that has Natural Flavors don’t buy. I have Achalasia and gut issues and it helps to put good products in your body. Good luck 👍
