@terryhill, what a horrible position to find yourself in away from home. Here are some ideas:
* Contact patient organizations that may offer help like:

--Contact the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation https://www.carcinoid.org/

* Ask if your hospital has a Charitable Care or Financial Assitance program

* Ask to speak to an oncology social work who can help find financial aid

I will try to checkout those or contact with your recommendations.

Australia have a better healthcare system when compared to my home country and I would love to have any support to get the surgery done here or other countries with better healthcare providers for NET patients
