You could try Probiora pills - can buy online, which are supposed to improve the micro biome
Was never quite sure whether they helped but maybe something to try

When I was undergoing chemo for cancer, staff suggested for thrush rinsing 3 times daily with 1 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp salt to a cup of warm water. It worked for me.
