I also have oral ketamine, and I take it occasionally when I feel depression beginning to stifle joy. I may not notice at first, and by the time I do, I can't wait to see a therapist ot try a new antidepressant. Ketamine (I have 100 mg tabs) is strong, but when I'm desperate, it's a godsend.
