Is ED after radiation without ADT permanent?
I was watching Dr Scholz (PCRI) speak about RT and he briefly mentioned that men who experienced ED up to 2 years after treatment, would have the condition permanently.
I’m 69, Gleason (3+4) in 3/12 samples, PSA 3.6 with a palpable nodule on the right side. Still waiting on Decipher, MRI…. I was considering PT therapy as a possible option, but thought ED would be a temporary side effect,
I’m hoping that someone would be willing to share their experience.
Thank you,

The Conclusions: Rates of ED requiring medical intervention for both IG-IMRT and HDR are low and equivalent. Even patients with ED before treatment are likely to maintain potency with medication use at 3 years following treatment."
Hope this helps with your decision.
Ejaculations?
I was treated 3 years ago twenty proton treatments and six months of Lupron. While I can orgasm there is no ejaculate. I thought this is typical of all after PC treatment.
