I have never heard of any of the protein powders spoken of here... but I am at the point now, that is all I get down on most days. Right now I am drinking one called Amazing Grass Meal replacement.. but I always add a banana, frozen pineapple and sometimes frozen cherries with ice and soy milk... and usually throw in the miralax. but I ran out and added a couple of teaspoons of orange Meta Mucil... it taste pretty good.. In the past, my favorite shake powder was Sun Warrior's Illumin8 Vanilla Meal Replacement, but it became too expensive
