I had menopause at 41 . I was given estrogen and progesterone. Ins denied it . Don’t deem it safe .

I had early menopause at 44; took nothing. Now, at 82, have osteoporosis in my spine, one disc. My doctor recommends Evenity; I am indecisive. Am looking into natural paths, will read some of the recommended books by Mayo individuals on this site. Will see my endocrinologist in late August, with a list of concerns, and then make a decision. Any suggestions are welcome.
