Just checked it's tumeric which I use and it does help with anti inflammatory help. I don't do it as a milk but as a simple tea. You should definitely try it. And definitely search anti inflammatory teas, herbs, spices and even bean liquids. I recently found out so many might help and went on buying binges and am trying them. Right now I'm testing Ginger and tumeric combo tea and feel alot better.

I made some with coconut milk, you can use any milk or non-dairy type milk you want. I had it last night and it tasted pretty good, I added honey to sweeten it. It also seem to help me sleep better… so there’s that too!
