There are many treatments available! You need to be your own advocate. Learn as much as you can about your disease and find the best team for you. Don’t be afraid to travel! Have you had Foundation One or Guardant 360 testing? The results can help you determine what make work for you. As far as treatments… my husband has had Casodex, Lupron, EBRT, Chemotherapy (Docetaxel), more Chemotherapy (Docetaxel + Carboplatin), SBRT, Zytiga, SBRT again, Xtandi, and now Pluvicto. He’s stage four Gleason 9 and has been fighting for over five years. He still works full time and is doing pretty well. After round four of Pluvicto, his PSA was undetectable. We are hoping for a durable response! There are lots of other treatments such as Keytruda, Radium-223, Provenge, Darolutamide, Erleada, and other treatments on the way whichare in clinical trials.
