As far as treatments… my husband has had Casodex, Lupron, EBRT, Chemotherapy (Docetaxel), more Chemotherapy (Docetaxel + Carboplatin), SBRT, Zytiga, SBRT again, Xtandi, and now Pluvicto. He’s stage four Gleason 9 and has been fighting for over five years. He still works full time and is doing pretty well. After round four of Pluvicto, his PSA was undetectable.
