Anyone had an elevated PTH after receiving Prolia injection?

I have had second prolia injection at the 6 month mark. My pre-shot labs showed all normal calcium and creatine and kidney function except PTH was elevated to 159. From what I read in med pub articles is that this can be compensatory and temporary. My endo is now wanting to send me for 3D scan and said she didn't think prolia would be a cause.
