Do you dissolve the white oat bark and swish with it, or do you take it orally like a medicine?

You take it orally like a medicine. It comes in capsule, and it says, "Serving size 2 capsules".

I think try just one capsule as there are other things in the capsules. The capsules are made of gelatin. Other ingredients are magnesium stearate (vegetable), silicon dioxide (powdered silica).
I didn't find it was helping me personally , but everyone reacts differently to things.
