I am 76, Gleason 9, aggressive CR PC which had spread to the seminal vehicles. Had RP 12 months ago and I am in a 3 year Jansen clinical trial with surgery, lupron, Erleada. The clinical trial is great. I get the best, most expensive, most expeditious treatment with frequent blood test, Pet scans, bone scans etc. I believe that if your father is offered a clinical trial, he should seriously consider it. It appears that his situation is similar to mine. Good Luck
