Some guys have been on Pluvicto for a very long time, but I read that it is effective for about 16 months. I drive 2 hours each way to my doctors at UCLA, a couple times per month. There is no substitute for an experienced, peer review, team of specialist at highly rated facility. Self diagnosis, self treating and layman advise is certainly not adequate. As my cancer advances I am prepared to rent a furnished apartment Uber close to UCLA. Good luck to us all
