You need to discuss this with your medical team however, I have read on this forum that some guys go to Pluvicto after the ADT and AR stop working. My oncologist has also recommended a vegetarian diet for me as testosterone is fueled by meat. Good luck to you, we are in a similar boat and both hoping for as much quality of life as possible.
