Me, too. Before Covid, I was diagnosed with IBS-D. Now, I feel I have the opposite - many pebbles. It's not fun and I've been completely checked out. If I use probiotics, etc., I go back to IBS-D. My plan right now is at least one prune a day, bran cereal in the morning, lots of water, 500 mg magnesium at night. If I get really "stopped up", I take Magnesium in the morning and at night. Too many days of that regime puts me right back in the IBS-D cycle. It's very uncomfortable and unpredictable. (Serious case of COVID in August 2020 so I'm going on 3 years of this nonsense.)

So sorry to hear regarding the length of time this issue has effected you. I have also found when I get stopped up, that dissolving 1/2 tsp. of 'sea salt' in boiling H20, then once dissolved, adding in cool water to bring the total liquid amount up to 2 cups of water, then drink. Takes a couple of minutes. If longer than a hour then I drink another 2 cps and that does the trick.

Hope your situation changes for the better soon.

On a side note: I also wonder from time to time if the vaccine also might have effected my system? I know of people who got the Madera vac and their body DNA was changed.
